PRICES:

We are based in Canada, but our prices are listed in US$.

SHIPPING COST:

We ship anywhere. A flat-rate shipping cost of US$8 is added to each order. Shipping can take up to 2-3 weeks. We also offer expedited shipping to Canada and United States.

TAXES:

Based on the shipping address, Canadian clients are charged GST or HST, but we do not charge any taxes to clients of other countries.

CALCULATION OF PAYMENT REQUIRED:

Our online system will automatically calculate and show you the total payment required, including shipping and taxes.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS:

Paypal (& all credit cards)

If you use a credit card, you will be required to provide your information via PayPal including the card number and its expiration date. Your credit card billing address must match your shipping address.

Otherwise, we can also accept Moneygram or US or Canadian postal money orders (but please contact us first).

We do not accept bank transfers, checks, or Western Union.

RETURN POLICY:

By purchasing products at Polywyne.com you agree to our return policy. We accept returns within 30 days of shipment. If you wish to return your order, please phone us first. Items must be returned in their original product package including all manuals and with a copy of the original invoice. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except if the product is defective, or we made an error in the order.

Credit will be refunded to the same payment service that you used to purchase our products, either PayPal, Moneygram, or via postal money order.

ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders will be processed within 48 hours. You will receive confirmation by email upon shipment.
